But you helped me see the shortcomings in my plan. “Terry was extremely easy to work with. We rented the universal satin chair covers and they were great. We went with 10 more than we actually needed since they sometimes have stains and so we allotted for extra. However, they threw in a few extra chair covers at the time of pick up just in case and there were NONE with stains that we found. At first a bit tricky to tie, but my bridesmaids took care of it. Our wedding was in Calgary, but their pricing was so reasonable that I asked family to drive it down for us. Guests commented that the chair covers were the nicest they have noticed before. Email responses back in one day, plus email reminders of pick up and drop off (he must understand how busy weddings are!). Got my deposit back without having to ask within 2 days of returning the chair covers.”

Our reception was at the Hotel MacDonald and the package we picked worked wonderfully. On the day of pickup, everything was very nicely packed and Terry even gave us a few spare coverings just in case some got dirty. Drop off options were flexible. When I was struggling between what different blues I should use he had suggestions about the other colors in my theme to eliminate my worry about matching everything exactly.  The chair covers and sashes I rented were extremely easy to use and in immaculate condition. I was on a budget and had done my research getting prices and he is by far the best price for the same if not better quality than the other companies I had found in Edmonton. He is also easy to find and in a great location. He not only provided the service but helped me pick out what colors would look good together for my fall wedding from his past experiences. He sent out reminder emails about pickup and drop off times, and because I had to pick up flowers, and had other scheduling conflicts, he was happy to accommodate me picking up earlier than his said time. I couldn’t remember exactly how many sashes I had been given, and unfortunately had lost some along the way, I thought for sure I wouldn’t get my deposit back and I was OK with that completely; he encouraged me to find them, but didn’t want me stressing and ultimately said “that is not how we work, you are still getting your deposit”.
